Step 1 - Prepare Your Documents

You will need to prepare your documents in advance.

  • You will need to upload your drivers license, government issued ID or passport.

Step 2 - Begin Your Purchase

  • There may be a minimum investment. 
  • The system will not let you proceed if you attempt to purchase less than the minimum share amount.

Step 3 - You will need to create an account

  • Create your account using your full  legal name and current address.
  • You are creating a financial document that is legal and binding. Please ensure all information entered is accurate and complete.

Step 4 - Subscription Agreement

Complete your Subscription Agreement.

  • Add your social security number to the subscription agreement.
  • Add your Drivers license number to the subscription agreement.
  • Upload your drivers license to the subscription agreement.
  • Sign your subscription agreement.

Step 5 - You Are a Part Owner of URBT

After you sign your subscription agreement on our secure server a completed copy of your subscription agreement will be emailed to you.

Your stock certificate will be processed and mailed to you in approximately 45 days.
